• Orders are processed promptly upon confirmation of payment.
• We aim to dispatch within 48 business hours of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days across India, depending on your pincode and courier network conditions.
• Timelines are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen logistics factors.

Shipping Charges

• Free Standard Delivery on orders ₹599 and above.
• For cart value below ₹599, a standard shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

Note: “Small cart” fees apply only when the order total is below the free‑shipping threshold.

• We ship via reliable, reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Tracking Information

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
• You can track your shipment on kazari.co.in (if available) or on the courier partner’s website using the tracking number.

Shipping Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
• After dispatch, we’re unable to modify or redirect the shipping address.

International Shipping

• We’ll confirm feasibility and share applicable shipping charges, timelines, and any duties/taxes information.
