Order Status & Tracking

How do I track my order?
Once your order is successfully placed, you'll receive a confirmation email from Kazari including all order details. Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent.

My order shows delivered, but I haven’t received it.
If your order status shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification at kazariworld@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 94260 63300 We’ll coordinate with our courier partner to resolve it.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I raise multiple return/exchange requests for one order?
No, return and exchange requests are handled at the order level only, not on a product-by-product basis.

What if my package is tampered with or opened?
Do not accept the package. Contact us immediately at kazariworld@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94260 63300 within 24 hours.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We process orders within 24–48 business hours. Delivery within India takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location. International delivery takes 10–15 business days.

What delivery services do you use?
We ship through trusted courier partners including Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express.

Do you offer international shipping?

Can I use multiple coupon codes?
No, only one coupon code can be applied per order.

How do I apply a gift card or coupon?
You can apply it at checkout in the discount/coupon code section before proceeding to payment.


Cancellations

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are packed. Contact our team at kazariworld@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 94260 63300 with your order number.

How do I get a refund if I cancel?

  • For prepaid orders: Refunds are processed back to the source account within 5–7 business days.

  • COD orders: If there was small amount collected for COD confirmation that amount is not refundable.

Is Kazari jewellery anti-tarnish and water-resistant?
Yes! Our pieces are anti-tarnish and water-resistant, but we recommend avoiding exposure to moisture for prolonged periods.

How should I store Kazari jewellery?
Store it in our microfiber pouch to prevent scratches and tarnishing. Avoid keeping it in open air or damp places.

Can I wear Kazari jewellery daily?
Absolutely! Our jewellery is designed for everyday wear while maintaining shine and durability.
